As a true a leader you will learn to inspire others to strive for high goals. By learning life skills such as vision, persistence, confidence, motivation and communication, you will become a true leader no matter what path you may choose in life.

In addition to the leadership training, this program allows the students to participate in advanced martial arts training; included are XMA/ATA-Xtreme Martial Arts performance training plus Advanced PROTECHTM system (Sword, Kamas, Three Sections Staff, ground- fighting, combat training system) and all other programs offer by the ATA.

Students enrolled in the Leadership Program are allowed to participate in the State Championship Competition.

As a leadership student, you can accumulate points at tournaments in order to earn the title of State champion. You can then compete for the best in forms, weapons, and sparring. All state champions wear their designation on their uniform and wear a special Leadership Patch on their right sleeve.
